Woohoo! The day is almost here. Tomorrow we will get our hands on the Population: One, Season 1: Uprising event.

We've been hyping the launch of the 10-week update for some time, noting with glee some pretty exciting new features on the horizon.

First we learned it'd come in February, last week we discovered it'd launch this week. Now, we finally know the vast majority of items and features we have to look forward to when Uprising launches tomorrow morning!

Big Box have published an image explaining pretty much everything you have to look forward to, whether you have the Battle Pass or not. However, a few mysteries remain. Here is the rundown:

Free Content

If you don't have the Battle Pass, don't worry too much. You've still got a lot of new content to get to grips with. In fact, the majority of new items & features we already know about are releasing to all players, Battle Pass or otherwise.

Map Updates are going to be available to all players, including the highly anticipated Bureau Base tower at the heart of the map. The image also teases "more", so don't expect the map to stay the same throughout the season.

New Weapons & Items include Shield Soda, the Light Machine Gun support weapon, a Zone Grenade and, for the first time, melee weapons including the Knife and the Katana.

New Social Features will also be open to all players, including a New Social Store, New Social Titles, Free Sprays and "End of Season Content", including Tournament features and Private Servers.

Battle Pass Content

But if you've got the Battle Pass, you will also see a bunch of exclusive skins and cosmetic rewards:

Two New Character Skins are available, including Iris (the female character who has been featured in a bunch of promo art) and Brood, who we've already seen brandishing the new LMG support weapon.

You will also be allowed to use Two Legendary Gun Skins: one called 'Singularity', with a yellow and green colour scheme, and 'End of the Line', with a red and white colour scheme.

Finally, the Battle Pass will also allow you access to New Social Titles including the only one which has already been revealed: 'Seeker of Truth'. It will also grant you a number of Exclusive Calling Cards and Exclusive Sprays.

The Uprising begins tomorrow, February 25th. For more information, check out BigBox VR's official trailer for the Season 1 event above. Keep checking VR Final for news and first impressions of the Season 1 event as we get them, or follow us on Twitter.
